Monthly meeting of township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery, PA.  Members present were Michael Goetz,  John Sear & Reba Crawford.

Minutes of previous meeting were read and motion to approve was made by M. Goetz, J Sear 1^st, R Crawford 2^nd

Motion to approve treasurer’s report and pay all due payables was made by M Goetz,  J. Sear  1^st, R Crawford 2^nd

Police report was submitted and is on file.

Sewer report was given by J. Siverling (WBRA) and is on file. Since Pace bought out Fairway Labs, they are not pleased with Paces lab results and may look into other options.

Old Business –

New “No Outlet” signs were purchased and will be placed within the next week or so at the end of Maple Hill Lane as requested by a concerned resident.

Bobcat Skid Steer will be ordered at the cost of $50,656.07 right away so that production can be started with a delivery date of Spring 2023.

Charles Construction was contacted to review the issues on Wise Road. They have not scheduled as of yet.  Plan is to do some maintenance on the turnaround and placement of signs and inlet markers. Waiting on information from PennDot as well prior to beginning any work.

New Business-

Goetz made a motion to pass approve the 2023 General Fund Budget and Northwest Sewer Budget- Motion Passed with J Sear 1^st and R Crawford 2^nd

M Goetz made a motion to pass Resolution 22-03 regarding tax millage for 2023 Real Estate at .18 mills and Fire at .07 mills.  Motion was passed with J Sear 1^st and R Crawford 2^nd

M Goetz made a motion to appoint Richard Lowe, CPA to complete 2022 Audit.  Motion passed with J Sear 1^st and R Crawford 2^nd

M Goetz made a motion to appoint Christopher Blaker and Franklin Bower as Township Auditors to fill two vacancies.  Motion passed with J Sear 1^st and R Crawford 2^nd
