DISCUSSION/AGENDA ITEMS:
Turnback Road Project Condemnation- need to discuss the counter offer received from attorney.
Need auth to advertise for a “pre” pre-bid meeting regarding both the Turnback Road and Gamelands projects.
Discuss the possibility of moving General Fund from Raymond James to JSSB.
Discuss Act 94 of 2024, which increases the allowable compensation caps for township supervisors and goes into effect 12/01/24.
