The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear and Chris Blaker. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve minutes from August’s meeting; second John Sear. Motion carried.
Motion by Dan Taylor to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Chris Blaker. Motion carried.
POLICE REPORT –Due to a recent hire, Muncy Borough Police would like to increase paid coverage to 120 hours ($11,283.60). John Sear made a motion to increase the hours, Dan Taylor 2nd. Motion carried. The supervisors wish to meet in January to review the police coverage agreement. Meeting will be scheduled and advertised at that time.

Permits for Matlack pole Building at 3015 Elimsport Road and Newcomer mini barn (vacant lot on Turnback Road) needed additional information before they could be approved.
AGENDA ITEMS –
Motion to approve the purchase of a backup level system at the Brady Twp WWTP and the Turnback Pump Station was made by Chris Blaker and 2nd by Dan Taylor. The amount was $3697.00. Motion approved.
Motion to approve Change Order Number 1 for Turnback Road Roadway Improvement Project in the amount of $6,274.40 was made by John Sear, 2nd Chris Blaker. Motion approved.
Motion to approve application for Payment Number 1 for Turnback Road Roadway Improvement Project in the amount of $164,374.28 was made by John Sear, 2nd Chris Blaker. Motion approved.
Motion to approve application for Payment Number 2 for Wetland Mitigation Project in the amount of $16, 193.26 which included change order Number 1 in the amount of $12, 000 was made by Chris Blaker, 2nd John Sear. Motion approved.
