The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear and Chris Blaker. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by John Sear to approve minutes from August’s meeting; second Chris Blaker. Motion carried.
Motion by John Sear to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Chris Blaker. Motion carried.

PERMITS –
Glover permit for roof mounted solar panels at 171 Cindy Ave was recommended for approval.
Matlack permit for carport at 3015 Elimsport Road was recommended for approval. Both permits were approved.
AGENDA ITEMS –
Change Order #2 in the amount of $16,204.10 for the additional guiderail.
Change Order #3 in the amount of $1,450.27 for the additional work to place and grade 2A subbase around the new guiderail posts.
Change Order #4 in the amount of $12,253.92 – this is the compensating change order for the Project.
Application for Payment #2 in the amount of $164,204.16. Motion to approve all change orders and application for payment #2 was made by Dan Taylor. John Sear 1st, Chris Blaker 2nd. Motion passed.
Budget meeting was scheduled for Monday, October 20th at 4:30.
