The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear and Chris Blaker. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by John Sear to approve minutes from November’s meeting; second Chris Blaker. Motion carried.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Dan Taylor. Motion carried.
POLICE REPORT –Discussed solicitors being back in the township. Will watch out for them and possibly fine them since they have been warned to leave.
SEWER REPORT – On file. Township was asked to check the status of ACE Lock correction of a door repair completed in August.

Chris Blaker made a motion to approve the 2026 General Fund Budget and 2026 Northwest Sewer Budget. Second Dan Taylor. Motion passed.
Motion to approve Resolution No. 25-10 regarding 2026 tax millage (.18) and fire(.07) was made by John Sear, Second Dan Taylor. Motion passed.
Motion to approve newly elected supervisor Frank Bower to be added to bank accounts and permission to sign checks as well as remove retiring supervisor John Sear was made by Chris Blaker, second Dan Taylor. Motion passed.
Chris Blaker made a motion to appoint Kevin J. Hallock, CPA to complete 2025 Audit, Second Dan Taylor, motion passed.
Discussed the need for a new pressure washer. Several proposals were introduced but more comparisons need to be done. Motion to purchase a new pressure washer, not to exceed $6,600 was made by Dan Taylor, Second Chris Blaker, Motion passed.
PUBLIC COMMENT- John Sear was presented with a plaque and a certificate for his many years of service as a supervisor and roadmaster. His service to the community and wealth of knowledge will surely be missed.
The office will be closed the week of Christmas.
