Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, Chris Blaker and Frank Bower.
Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve minutes from February’s meeting; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.

WTVFD – working on report
PLANNING COMMISSION –
PERMITS – Chris Blaker made a motion to approve Everetts Pole Barn and Fisher greenhouse. Second Frank Bower. Both approved.
AGENDA ITEMS –
Community Clean Up Day was planned for April 11th 2026. Dumpsters will be supplied by Sauers, Hinstons will provide container for scrap metal. Motion made by Chris Blaker and Second by Frank Bower.
Discussion regarding the purchase of a new truck. Several quotes including Watson Diesel and Hondru Auto were reviewed. Decision was made to purchase truck from Hondru Auto which is a CoStars member. Motion made by Chris Blaker, Second Frank Bower.
Motion by Dan Taylor and Second Chris Blaker to participate in DEP’s Keep PA Beautiful clean up days.
