POLICE REPORT –

SEWER REPORT – Maintenance crew checked out an alarm at the Staggert’s Grove pump station and found the old pump was not working properly. A spare from the treatment plant was installed. Quote for replacement for that spare is $3,100.

OLD BUSINESS –

*Intrada Technologies is waiting on the rest of the materials to be delivered before they can start the camera project.

*Best Line delivered the new Skid Steer and Broom on Thursday, May 25^th.

*Kriger Fencing installed the new fencing at the recycling area on May 25^th.

*Fritz Station Road- Charles Construction- clean berm of road from rock lined ditch near beginning of road to the ditch line cut in last year scheduled for the week of June 12^th.

NEW BUSINESS –

*Todd Pysher will update on wetland replacement and Turnback Road project.

*Resolution 23-04 Agreement to use dotGrants on-line reporting system to file the required Liquid Fuels forms annually.

*Best Line submitted a service estimate to install a back up camera kit onto the new BobCat at the cost of $1,085.25- motion requested to purchase.

*Wise Road Turnaround -question over property line. Waiting on survey estimate to accurately determine property ownership prior to proceeding with Deed of Easement.
