ORGANIZATIONAL and MONTHLY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Nomination and appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chair.

The meeting will now be conducted by the newly appointed Chairman.

Sewage Treatment Plant Operators – West Branch Regional Authority

Emergency Management Coordinator- Craig Stamile

Codes Assessment Professionals- zoning/codes

Motion needed to set the travel mileage rate for officials and employees use of personal vehicles for Township business at the rate set by the IRS ($0.70/mile)

Motion needed to approve the following 2026 hourly wages

Road Master                           Established by elected/appointed auditors

Working Supervisors               Established by elected/appointed auditors

Laborer                                     $25 per hour

Secretary/Treasurer               $25 per hour

Planning Chair                         $25 per hour for work done outside of meetings

Elected Auditors Salary           $18 per hour (established by State Law)___

Motion needed to authorize compensation for the Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board at $30 per meeting.

Motion needed to establish the Treasurer’s Bond in the amount of $1,000,000.

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS, LOCATION, TIME AND DATES.

Meetings will be held at the Brady Township Office at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA 17752.  Office hours are 7:00 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Planning Commission – second Monday of each month at 7PM

Supervisors – second Monday of each month at 7:30 PM
