Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear and Chris Blaker. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by John Sear to approve minutes from March’s meeting; second Chris Blaker. Motion carried.
Motion by Dan Taylor to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second John Sear. Motion carried.

PLANNING COMMISSION –
PERMITS –Staggert deck at 441 Franklin Drive was approved.
AGENDA ITEMS – Resolution 05-2025 for Grant application with PA Small Water and Sewer project was approved. Grant would help fund the modification of the existing wet well and construction of a new force main to abandon the existing Brady Twp WWTF and connect to WBRA.
Motion to appoint Chase Kelch of Kelch Engineering as project engineer was approved.
