Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear, Reba Crawford. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by John Sear to approve minutes from November’s meeting; second Reba Crawford. Motion carried.
Motion by John Sear to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Reba Crawford. Motion carried.

Motion to approve 2025 General Fund Budget and Northwest Budget- John Sear 1st and Dan Taylor 2nd. Motion carried.
Resolution No. 24-07 regarding tax millage for 2025 Real Estate at .18 mills and Fire at .07 mills- Motion made by Dan Taylor, John Sear 2nd. Motion approved.
Motion to approve future appointed supervisor Christopher Blaker permission to sign checks and to remove Supervisor Reba Crawford’s name from check signing authority as required by depositories. John Sear 1st Dan Taylor 2nd. Motion approved.
Muncy Police requested donation towards a Policy and Procedure Program for the department. Total cost of the program is $10,000. Discussion tabled until further notice as requested by Chief Dorman.
Quote for counterweight for boom mower and tires come in at approx.. $3000.00. Motion to approve purchase of counterweight made by John Sear 1st, Reba Crawford 2nd.
