Minutes of previous meeting were read and motion to approve was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Old Business –
Tax collector use of municipal building was withdrawn
Discussion to increase monthly sewer payment to $55.
New Business-
Motion to approve Resolution #22-02 to set up auto payments for common utility payments was made by John Sear and 2nd Mike Goetz.
Motion to approve Resolution #22-03 to raise monthly sewer rates from $50 to $55 was made by John Sear and 2nd Mike Goetz. *Note-Reba Crawford abstained
Motion to approve request to waive host fees for the PA Clean UP Day was made by Mike Goetz and 2nd John Sear.
