Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, Chris Blaker and Frank Bower.
Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Frank Bower to approve minutes from January’s meeting; second Dan Taylor. Motion carried.
Motion by Dan Taylor to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.

PLANNING COMMISSION – County no longer doing reviews for townships. Draft Ordinance was created amending the township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of June 11, 2001 to remove any reference to Lycoming County Planning Commission’s review and comment on proposed subdivisions or land development projects in Brady Township. Will send to attorney for review.

Request for Funding- 2026 LEAD National Student Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C Motion to give $250 was made by Dan Taylor, 2nd Chris Blaker.
Sewer Treatment Plant/WBRA Regionalization discussion. Motion to start the permit process for connecting the James Road plant up to WBRA line at the Clinton Township/Brady Township line was made by Chris Blaker, 2nd Frank Bower. This only allows the long permit process to begin, does not commit to any future change of hands at this time.
Property damage/mailboxes-garbage cans during snow plowing discussion. Motion was made by Chris Blaker to only agree to fix damages if the plow truck hits mailboxes or garbage cans, not if the snow coming off the plow does damage. 2nd Frank Bower.
