January 3, 2022 Organizational Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery, PA.  Members present were M. Goetz, R. Crawford and J. Sear.

Motion to appoint following positions was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford :

  1. Goetz, Chairman
  2. Crawford, Vice Chairman
  3. Sear – Roadmaster
  4. Blaker – Sec/Treas
  5. Gaskin, S. Ott & Richard Lowe, CPA – Auditors
  6. Sanders – SEO
  7. Staggert – Laborer

WBRA – sewer treatment plant operators

Motion to appoint the following boards was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Planning Commission – M. Goetz, J. Sear, J. Budman, L. Bower & W. Gaskin

Zoning Hearing Board- D. Snyder and D. Glover

Motion to appoint Linda Bower as Chairperson was made by J. Budman 2nd C. Lowry

Motion to appoint Jean Budman as Vice Chair was made by W. Gaskin 2nd C. Lowry

Motion to appoint Marc Drier ( general ) and Scott Williams ( zoning hearing bd) was made by J. Sear 2nd  R. Crawford.

Motion to approve the following depositories was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford

Aspire Wealth (Raymond James) – general funds and investments

Jersey Shore State Bank – state funds, BOCA, ACT 13 , NW sewer, Turnback Rd project

Muncy Bank and Trust – emergency services account

Motion to accept Clinton Twp Volunteer Fire Dept and Clinton Twp Ambulance and Washington Twp Volunteer Fire Dept as emergency services responders was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Meetings will be held the second Monday of each month: Planning Commission at 7PM and Supervisors at 7:30PM.
