Police report – Officer Flewelling stated an increase in local scams, speeding and thefts from cars.  Residents need to be cautious and report anything suspicious.  Also discussed the rise of ATV’s on state and township roads.  Operating an ATV on any state road will not be tolerated and violators will be charged.  Brady Township does not have an ordinance allowing the use of ATV’s on township roads and it is strongly discouraged.  This led to a discussion on ATV noise and complaints.  Several residents spoke up regarding ATV operators not respecting private property or respecting noise levels. We will look into what options are available and see what our solicitor would recommend.
