Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Chris Blaker and Frank Bower. Dan Taylor was absent.
Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve minutes from March’s meeting; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.
POLICE REPORT –Report is On File
SEWER REPORT – Some issues with generator tripping. Will have it checked once WBRA gives it a good once over for loose wires. Frank Bower made a motion to purchase a Liberty pump. Chris B 2nd. Motion approved.
CTVFD – n/a
WTVFD – on file
PLANNING COMMISSION – Will make amendment to zoning ordinance to change the wording of “County shall review subdivision” since they no longer provide that service. Also there will be a work session immediately following next months meeting to discuss updated data center zoning.
PERMITS –
Bennett- Roof mounted solar panels for 338 Cemetery Hill Road
Cragun- replace shed 2936 Elimsport Road
Motion made by Chris Blaker to approve both permits. Frank Bower 2nd. Motion approved.
AGENDA ITEMS –
LST ordinance 2026-01 was advertised as per the requirements. Chris Blaker made a motion to approve, Frank B. 2nd.
2026 Hazard Mitigation Plan Resolution 2026-04 was approved, plan was recently updated which required a new approval. Motion made by Chris Blaker, 2nd Frank Bower. Motion passed.
