Monthly meeting of township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery, PA. Members present were M. Goetz, J Sear & R Crawford.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and motion to approve was
made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Motion to approve treasurer’s report and pay all due payables was made by M. Goetz 2nd J. Sear
Police report was submitted and is on file. Officer Williams briefly talked about a pending arrest for some local trespassing and theft.
Sewer report was given by J. Siverling (WBRA) and is on file. Jeff will send email regarding PH probe with possible options for repair. A motion was made to approve replacing a rusting line for approx. $1200 for PVC pipe and labor by Mike G, John S 2nd.
Old Business –
Still waiting on Charles Construction to schedule the work needed on Fritz Station Road. Will contact again for status.
Mosquito spraying was completed on 5/12/2022
New Business-
Motion was made by Mike G to accept the estimate from Kriger Fence for the repair to the James Road fencing at $1890. John S. 1st and Reba C. 2nd the motion.

Planning commission –No new business.
Public comment –
James Fink had concerns with the condition of Wise Road. The turnaround at the top needs leveled and smoothed. The markers need moved. Pipe needs extended 4 ft. The shoulders at the bends need raised and widened so cars can safely pass and the roads can be plowed. The Supervisors appreciated the information. John Sear is going to take a look so plans can be made to correct the issues.
Craig Miller updated us on the results from OM’s World Competition and to thank the township for their donation once again.
