The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, Chris Blaker and Frank Bower.
Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve minutes from March’s meeting; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.

PERMITS – Motion to approve permit for Lockcuff shed (384 Shaffer Path Road)
AGENDA ITEMS –
KOZ Extension- Jason Fink, President of the Lycoming County Chamber of Congress, spoke about the property Chance Aluminum is hoping to purchase. At this time the KOZ is set to expire 12/31/2026. Motion was made by Dan T and 2nd Chris B to approve a KOZ extension to last from 01/01/2027 until 12/31/33.
Data Center Moratorium-Discussed the need to better define the requirements for data center zoning. Resolution 2026-03 to proceed with a curative amendment of Brady Townships zoning ordinance to regulate data centers was made by Chris B and 2nd by Frank B. Motion approved.
Discussion -LST Ordinance-Motion approved to proceed with enacting the LST Ordinance and to appoint Keystone Collections in collecting the LST tax on those employed in Brady Township. Ordinance will be listed on the July’s agenda after the appropriate advertising. Chris B 1st, Frank B. 2nd.
