Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, Chris Blaker and Frank Bower.
Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve minutes from March’s meeting; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.
Motion by Chris Blaker to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Frank Bower. Motion carried.

PLANNING COMMISSION –
PERMITS – Motion to approve permits were by Chris Blaker, Second Frank Bower. Motion approved.

AGENDA ITEMS –
Supervisor Taylor announced the Road and Bridge Safety Improvement Award that Brady Township received for the Turnback Project.
Discussed the need for a data center moratorium. Secretary Tracy Blaker will research and prepare paperwork and ask solicitor to review for next meeting.
Discussed selling the 2015 truck on Municibid. Supervisor Taylor will take care of that process. Reserve to be set at 25,000.
