Monthly meeting of township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery, PA. Members present were M. Goetz, J Sear & R Crawford.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and motion to approve was made by J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Old Business –
Discussion regarding estimates from Charles Construction for work needed on Fritz Station Road. ($2,880.00 Excavate/redefine ditch line; $3,948.00 repair pipe crossing) Motion made to accept quotes made by M. Goetz 2nd J. Sear.
New Business- Motion was made to donate $500 towards the Montgomery OM trip to the World Competition and $500 to the Montgomery Kidwind trip to San Antonio, TX was made by M. Goetz 2nd J. Sear

Public comment –brief discussion regarding call asking to address the numerous cats on James Road. Determined this is an animal control issue and complaints should be directed to contact the SPCA.
