Minutes
The monthly meeting of the township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Road, Montgomery, PA. Members present were Dan Taylor, John Sear, Reba Crawford. Also present was secretary Tracy Blaker.
Motion by John Sear to approve minutes from October’s meeting; second Reba Crawford. Motion carried.
Motion by John Sear to approve treasurer’s report as submitted and pay all bills due; second Reba Crawford. Motion carried.

Addendum to Ordinance 98-3 “Transient Retail Business”. New rules in place include no soliciting in Brady Township unless it is for educational products/ and all soliciting permits must be approved at a regular meeting before a permit may be issued. Motion made by Dan Taylor, John Sear 2nd. Motion approved.
Decision on appointment of candidate to replace retiring supervisor- Reba Crawford. Only one letter of interest was received. After short discussion, Chris Blaker was approved and will be appointed at the January meeting.
Muncy Police requested donation towards a Policy and Procedure Program for the department. Total cost of the program is $10,000. Discussion tabled until we learn more about it.
