Monthly meeting of township Supervisors was called to order at 1986 Elimsport Rd, Montgomery, PA. Members present were M. Goetz, J Sear & R Crawford.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and motion to approve was
made by M. Goetz 1stJ. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.

Motion to approve treasurer’s report and pay all due payables was made by M. Goetz 1st J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.
Police report was submitted and is on file.
Sewer report was given by J. Siverling (WBRA) and is on file. Recent electrical work has been completed including moving the meter base.
Old Business –
Entrance road to Digger facility to be named “Digger Drive” once the filing is complete.
New Business–
*Resignations of township auditors-Shirley Ott and Martha Gaskin. We will now post the positions on our website asking for interested residents to reach out to us for information.
*Motion to appoint new Sewage Enforcement Officer Dennis Shoemaker was made by Chairman Michael Goetz, 1st J. Sear 2nd R. Crawford.
* John Sear will call Best Line for information on leasing a skid steer to get us through the winter while we wait for new Bobcat Skid Steer to be manufactured. No purchases made at this time.
* Supervisor compensation- Motion was made to adopt an ordinance to pay out supervisor compensation as a monthly set amount set by the population cap. All were in favor. This will become effective with the next elected or re-elected supervisor term. Ordinance to be signed next meeting.
*Clinton Township funds request towards powerloader purchase. This was tabled until next meeting so we can research and discuss the total to be contributed.
